About Jane

Fabulous Faces Face Painting and Balloon Twisting was formed in 2003 by Jane Lashner and over the past five years the company has blossomed to serve clients in the five-county Philadelphia area. Jane began painting faces at one of her son’s school carnivals six years ago and got hooked on face painting. She heard many people say, “now that’s a fabulous face” after being face painted, so she decided to call her company Fabulous Faces Face Painting by Jane.

Jane uses only the best hypo-allergenic water based makeup and the most beautiful fabulous face designs are created. She prides herself in being called on time and professional by all of her clients. “Rarely do I do a job that I am not enthusiastically asked back for the following year or time they need a painter as you can see by my resume. Part of what makes me unique is that I ask for input from my subjects as to what they want painted. Many of my designs are custom designs. I find that it means more when they have some input as to what is painted.”

Jane Lashner is the mom of two boys and lives with her sons and husband in Glenside, PA (Montgomery County).
